About Lisa Zablotny, RPN

Elite Home Nursing care is Nurse owned and operated by Lisa Zablotny, a Registered Practical Nurse with 18 years of experience in End-of-life, Senior, Emergency, Medical-Surgical and Mental Health in hospital and community settings in Ontario and Nova Scotia. She has also oriented many new nurses in all of those environments and has taught aspiring Nurses in various courses of the PN program at Humber College.

Elite Home Nursing Care was launched in 2021 to bring Lisa’s passion, knowledge and skills directly to clients in their homes. Alongside excellent and reliable care, Lisa offers flexibility in hours and service, caring for people of the community like family and providing trusted experience you need when seeking care. She strives to form a therapeutic bond with all clients and their families so they feel comfortable and reassured. Lisa finds her work very fulfilling both professionally and personally because of the positive impact observed in people’s lives when compassion, dignity, patience, skill, comfort, consistency and reliability are provided during a time of challenge.
